Cindy Fan Art?As you may have guessed, I am a fan of Cindy Vortex from Jimmy Neutron. I am also a fan of pantyshots. As such, I was shocked to find that while there seems to be an abundance of panty art for other characters, there exists virtually none for Cindy.
